Fabricated flap handle, C02-08. Enlarged the holes on the flap mount blocks for a smooth fit on the flap drive tube. I used a 1" diameter 80 grit flap wheel (Forney brand PN 60191) mounted in the drill press to ream the ID of the blocks until I had a good fit. I used the same method on the rudder blocks.
